The Seahorse Weighted Traces are designed to hold your bait on the bottom. With a small weight in the nose of the Squiddy lure, the weighted trace will swim across the bottom like an injured squid and this will create a disturbance that will attach in snapper and Gurnard. With bait, these lures will prove to be deadly as the hook is situated in the tail of the lure.
The traces consist of a plastic tube covering 3/4's of the traces length, securely glued at the swivel end, with colourful squiddy lure floats at the hook end. There is plenty of volume in the lure to inject a concentrated fish oil like Secret Sauce.
