Options
The new Seahorse Aluminium Hand Reel is designed tough to handle all the loads that can be imposed on to the reel. The Seahorse Hand Reel has an Aluminium drum allowing the hand reel to be used to winch your line in. The handle can be removed making the launching of the Seahorse safer for the reel operator, as there is now no spinning handle.
The handle is also used to lock the drum, to stop any additional line feeding off the reel. And a powerful 1 to 1 ratio allows the Hand Reel to be used as a winch to retrieve your Seahorse.
Small and Compact, the Seahorse Hand Reel comes complete with a custom built Stainless Steel Stand and is loaded with:

1950 meters of 140kg breaking strain line, including 1600m of mainline, 200m of stoppered line, 150m of leader, a shock cord (With line option only)

The Manual System has just been upgrade to the new robust 
The Handle is easly removed. This makes it safer when launching your Seahorse as it means there is no
handle spinning around trying to break your wrist.
The allows the reel operator to use their hands on the smooth aluminium to control the speed of the reel on the launch.
The handle can be placed on backwards to lock the reel, thus stopping the line being pulled off the reel.
